The core of ALCI is the packages list and ofcourse pacman.conf which will tell where the pacakages are.

But you can also create a local repo on your computer system.

You build the packages as you would with any AUR helper (yay,trizen, paru, …) and you put them in a folder.

Then you can that package to the package list.
